hey I’m Becca and I’m running to be your secretary for climbing next year. I’m so glad climbing has become such a huge part of my life at uni, it always makes me happy and I’ve loved the trips and socials :) I’m really keen to be able to share that with society members next year and get more people into climbing and find like-minded people as I’ve done. I’m organised, reliable and good in a team so I’d be a good secretary. Next year, I think it would be great to encourage more use of the active climbers Facebook group and try and get some more day trips in once we know how the club runs. Also, just being a friendly face around the club, I definitely found that the fact there were so many friendly faces on committee helped me so much at the start of this year, so I’d want to be part of that for next year!
