Responsible for ensuring that all communication efforts align with our overall goals. Monitoring and evaluating communication campaigns and initiatives.
The position includes:
- research and synthesise various human rights issues into a digestible format for viewers, while maintaining credibility and accuracy (for example, in human rights roundups)
- writing and distributing materials
- advising on publicity
- responding to DMs, especially important as more people prefer to reach out via DM
- Communicating with external organisations and promoting the work we do as a society
