I am excited to apply for the role of Training Officer for Sexpression Leeds as I believe this role aligns perfectly with my passion for education, communication, and empowerment.

I’m drawn to this role because I enjoy taking complex information and transforming it into clear, engaging content. I enjoy creating visuals and repackaging information in a way that is accessible and memorable for a wide audience. As Training Officer, I would bring this skill to preparing volunteers, ensuring they feel confident and well-equipped to carry out their roles effectively.

I understand the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for both volunteers and young people. Attending training excites me as an opportunity to learn, develop my skills, and ensure our volunteers receive the highest standard of training.
