- Is primarily involved in facilitating clear communication within the society
- Is involved in taking detailed minutes (notes) of meetings and ensuring committee members have access to these
- Completes necessary paperwork for events, socials and sports sessions
- Creates and maintains contact lists of members of our society, ensuring efficient communication between the committee and members
- Is involved in room bookings for any weekly sessions (e.g. sanskaar or music)
