The Events and Social Director is the main point of contact for all social events and supports WILS members with career events tailored to Business students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organise all social events for members and committee
• Decide and schedule suitable events for the society
• Handle logistics, venue bookings, and event objectives
• Promote and advertise events across social media and the website
• Keep the event schedule updated and ensure backup plans
• Send out event promotional materials

Report activities regularly to the committee
