The Conference Director leads the organisation of our annual Empower Conference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and lead a sub-committee for the conference
- Complete all conference-related admin, forms, and health & safety requirements
- Regularly update the President/Vice President and committee on progress
- Ensure the conference is inclusive and affordable for members
- Collaborate with the Treasurer to secure sponsorships that align with WILS values
- Create the conference agenda and recruit external speakers with the sub-committee
- Only apply if you are in Leeds for both semesters.
