Event Description

Join Qigong instructor Xiao for a wellbeing class which combines exercise and mindfulness with an aim to relax, destress and be mindful. The exercises involve the coordination of movement and breathing patterns and accord with the traditional principles of regulating the body and mind to promote health.


This year's main focuses are to adjust muscles and tendons on Tuesdays' sessions and internal organs on Thursdays' sessions.


My sessions keep running throughout year @16:30-17:00 except in the months of August and December.
