Event Description

Join Charlotte who will take you through mind-body exercises to focus on increasing strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. This class will be suitable for all fitness levels, covering the foundation principles of Pilates. You should wear comfortable clothing, and bring along a yoga mat and yoga block or towel if required. We do have mats available if you don't have your own.
