Come join the Lishi Daoist Tai Chi society in Room 6 for some energising tai chi training. Lishi is an ancient art of movement that can help you keep your body relaxed and your mind at ease. It is a mix of different energetic practices, among them tai chi, soft kung fu and dao yin breathing exercises.
