This is open to all abilities, you will be given alternatives to each exercise so you can take it at your own pace.
Lucy will take you through a whole body workout using a circuit based approach. This session will involve a mixture of exercises using weights and body weight exercises to include strengthening and cardiovascular fitness. Circuit training is great for all abilities as its station based which allows a beginner to work at their own level and pace as well as someone more advanced to push harder.
Come and give it a go, give your body a great overall workout and have fun!
