Hi everyone! I’m applying to be your next Secretary because I truly believe in what Teddy Bear Hospital stands for — bringing comfort, education, and joy to children while breaking down fears around healthcare. I’d love the chance to contribute more actively to this incredible initiative and help our team stay organised, connected, and thriving throughout the year.
Here’s what I’d bring to the role:
- President of UBT (Uni Boob Team) – leading campaigns, managing logistics, and coordinating with national teams has built my skills in planning, admin, and clear communication.
- General Committee member for Sasha (Students Against Sexual Harassment and Assault) – taught me how to approach sensitive topics with empathy, while staying organised and effective within a team.
- Psychology Student - reliable, detail-oriented, and confident in handling time-sensitive tasks like minute-taking, scheduling, and event coordination. My academic background also equips me to approach sensitive topics with care, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Deep passion for health education, especially when it comes to working with children and making learning fun and accessible.
- A collaborative, dependable team player who’s excited to help make events like the Teddy Bear Picnic magical, while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
