3.6.e Alumni and Fundraising Secretary

3.6.e.1 The Alumni and Fundraising and Sponsorship Secretary shall raise funds for the Activity Group through various fundraisers.

3.6.e.2 The Alumni and Fundraising and Sponsorship Secretary shall seek new sponsors for the Activity Group throughout the year.

3.6.e.3 The Alumni and Fundraising and Sponsorship Secretary shall be responsible for fundraising and commercial sponsorship.

3.6.e.4 The Alumni and Fundraising and Sponsorship Secretary shall be responsible for maintaining up to date documents on all sponsorship packages and agreements.

3.6.e.5 The Alumni and Fundraising Secretary will sit on the Alumni Boat Club Committee and perform the following responsibilities as laid out in the Alumni Boat Club Constitution:

3.6.e.5.1 The Alumni and Fundraising Secretary will be responsible for communications between UOLBC and the Alumni Boat Club.

3.6.e.5.2 The Alumni and Fundraising Secretary will share all race results within a week of the race with the Alumni Boat Club.

3.6.e.5.3 The Alumni and Fundraising Secretary shall inform the Alumni Boat Club of all races and events UOLBC attends or hosts at the start of each Semester.

3.6.e.5.4 The Alumni and Fundraising Secretary will assist the Alumni Boat Club in organising all alumni events and be responsible for organising Leeds based events.

3.6.e.6 The Alumni and Fundraising Secretary will collect emails from current email addresses of members.

3.6.e.7 The Alumni and Fundraising Secretary will support Core Officers in development of the Family and Friends Group.

3.6.e.8 The Alumni and Fundraising will attend Business Sub- Committee meetings.
