- The mentoring scheme coordinator is responsible for
- (a) the overall running of the mentoring scheme
- (b) the recruitment of surgeons for the mentoring scheme
- (c) the recruitment of members onto the mentoring scheme
- (d) the allocation of students onto the mentoring scheme
- You will also need to help the committee with other larger events such as our conferences.
